Service restored


Our services are now operational following the widespread outage we experienced earlier this week.

The issue, which affected several of our systems, was caused by an internal IT fault and not a cyber-attack.

Important notice regarding email communications

During the recent IT outage, we have identified that some incoming emails may not have reached their intended recipients. If you have sent us an email and have not received an acknowledgement, please resend your message to ensure it is received.

If you have already received an acknowledgement, there is no need to resend, as this may result in duplication.
