Notification of changes to the underlying funds of various Investec funds

We have been notified by Ninety One Asset Management (previously Investec Asset Management) of the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) for shareholders of the Investec Global Strategy Fund (the “Company"). As the name of the Investec Global Strategy Fund (‘GSF’) refers to ‘Investec’, the old name of Ninety One it is proposed to change the name of GSF to ‘Ninety One Global Strategy Fund’, subject to the resolutions being passed at the EGM scheduled for 21 April 2020 (the “Meeting"). If the resolutions are passed, the following name changes of the underlying funds and corresponding mirror funds will be effective 2 June 202 (the “Effective Date”).
