FPI Portal and systems downtime – from 14 June 2023

We are giving you notice of extensive, planned migration and upgrades to the FPI Portal and systems later this month. This will result in the temporary suspension of some services.

Portal

FPI Portal will be unavailable from 17:00 UK time on Wednesday 14 June. We will contact you shortly to confirm the date Portal will be available again. During this period you will not be able to use Portal.

To instruct dealing on your portfolio bond, please complete a dealing form and send a scanned version to our Dealing team via email at dealing@fpiom.com


Other systems

From 00.01 UK time on Monday 19 June until 08.00 UK time on Tuesday 20 June we will be carrying out some upgrades to systems and during this period certain services will not be available. These system changes will affect all FPI unit-linked business – see here for a list of all affected products


The impact on the affected policies during this period will be:

  • No fund prices will be calculated for 19 June, so any switches received for placement on 19 June will NOT be processed until the next business day and those transactions will use the price date of 21 June
  • We will not collect credit card or direct debit payments. Those collections will take place from Tuesday 20 June
  • We will not make payments out. Those payments will be sent from Tuesday 20 June
